History
Blizzardbush grew up with the idea in his head that he was the center of everything. Because to him, it honestly seemed like he really was the center of everything. He had been spoiled, and gotten pretty much anything he had ever wanted. It wasn't until he was apprentice aged that he began seeing that not everything was about him, however it took some time, and some adjusting, and a lot of embarrassment.
He had quite a few friends, though he didn't feel particularly close with any of them. He didn't feel as if he saw things the same way as everyone else. He believed in absolute freedom, of course, but how much freedom was too much? He realized while he was a kit, he had been given a little too much freedom, and that made him spoiled, self centered, and honestly hard to be around. He honestly didn't care too much, though. It wasn't his business what happened to other cats, or how they acted. He just had to watch the way he acted, and be mindful of that.
He was extremely confused when he was chosen to be the deputy. He didn't think anyone would vote for him, because of the way he had acted in the past. However, he was also excited. He knew this didn't exactly mean he would get to be leader just yet, as there would be another vote in the future. He didn't keep his hopes up. One time was just an occurrence, these cats didn't really want him. Surely they would see that by the time they had to decide again, right? He didn't have the confidence to be a leader, but maybe it wasn't even what they wanted, or perhaps they saw a false confidence?
When the old leader had died, and he was chosen yet again, he wasn't sure how to react. He wasn't even sure if he still really wanted this. He felt like he had to take care of all of these cats, and it felt like a ton of responsibility to him. However, he kept up his facade of confidence, and still continues to keep it.
